Do we have to change our EBM?

No. Keep the EBM you already have and staff type its receipt number, or let Maître send every receipt to RRA for you. You choose, and you can switch at the close of a night.

What happens when the internet drops?

The door and the till keep working and catch up when the connection is back. Nothing is lost and nothing is counted twice.

Do you take a cut of our sales?

Never. You pay set-up once and one flat monthly price. MoMo and Airtel Money fees go to them at cost.

Is hardware included?

No, so you only pay for what you need. Use your own tablets if they meet our list, or take our Night kit, quoted for your venue and installed by us.

Can guests order and pay from the table?

Splitting and paying the bill at the table is in from day one. Ordering from a QR code, or from a tablet in VIP booths, comes after launch as an add-on.

We are a restaurant, not a club. Is it for us?

Yes. Maître switches on what a day venue uses: bookings, menus by the hour, the kitchen screen, the till, stock and suppliers. The Table plan is made for you.

Who owns our data?

You do. Export your reports at any time. Guests can download or delete their own data, and phone numbers are masked in every export.

How do we start?

Book a demo. We come to your venue, show Maître on your menu and tables, and you decide. Set-up is paid in two halves, and the 30-night promise covers you.
